And that's what has investors spooked. shares are down 8% in the pre Pinterest, also down about 11 and a half percent in the pre despite they beat on the top and bottom line. Nonetheless, investors are sort of thinking maybe, you know, some of these picture sharing services aren't really worth quite as much as they're priced at right now. Taking a look at Shopify, this is an e-commerce platform based up in Canada, up about 5% in the Pre continues to benefit from the boom in online shopping. Take a look at Stanley Black and Decker SWK This one is also moving up as people are buying tools and storage products didn't really focus on that, I guess. Hello, folks, I am Jon Najarian. And what a great day yesterday, we flew out here from Chicago to Los Angeles. And then we drove up to Glendale. And in Glendale, we met with this wonderful lady, Armenian lady, Mary, thank you, Mary. And, of course Shavo, who is one of the founders of System of a Down if you remember the band, they were huge, and they still are, but because of the pandemic, you know, most of the tend to be by remote and not nearly as exciting, but what is exciting is he's got a pot company called 22 Red. We all had a great brunch at this Armenian restaurant. And then we went over and did the Adam Carolla show and the Corolla Show was fantastic. Adam was a super host. All of his team, you know, from the Porcelain Punisher to Dawson with that gravelly voice. Yeah, you Dawson. Adam Jeanna. Bald Brian, Chris. I mean, everybody was so nice to us. And we had a great conversation about crypto about NFT's non fungible tokens about what it was like to go to high school with Prince I mean, you got to check out the Adam Carolla podcast folks. And then the guy takes us a block away to this fabulous garage that he's got for he must have $50 million worth of cars. He's got a bunch of Pokemons racecars. He's got the winning car from like Lamont and Sebring, and all this and then he's got the fire suits, and the helmets and all this stuff. Just a fabulous couple days out here in Southern California. Looking forward to going home. But hey, when you got weather like this, you know, it's pretty nice just to hang around here. So thanks for watching. Give the podcast a listen. And make sure you tune in to ours three, a three and daily crypto fight every day. Thank you.

Trade like a Rebel? Yeah, that's right. And 60 seconds you need to know Boston Beer symbol Sam SAM. As in Sam Adams it's up almost 8% right now beat on top and bottom line. Kimberly Clark Consumer Products Company down about 6% reported weaker than expected profits. I show Mattel with about a 7% gain right now. Wow after reporting a 4.7% growth in sales. Wow, that's pretty impressive American Express. This one reported first quarter profit 274 that beat 161. So in other words, better than a buck over the street estimates and yet it's down a little softer in the pre market. Honeywell beat estimates by 12 cents, stock down about 1%. Of course some of the reactions are still pegged to the proposed not past proposed increase in capital gains tax on those making a million dollars or more Intel down 2.2%. This one of course the CEO there's only been there two months, so they're probably giving him a little bit of a pass they beat on top and bottom lines. But they gave themselves a lower bar going forward. And maybe that's why I am Jon Najarian. I'll be on 10am Eastern for the Daily Crypto Byte. Then I'll be on the Halftime report at noon Eastern and then three to three. See you there.

So shares a rally almost 4% in the pre Equifax are reporting the company's numbers looks like better than expected earnings and an eight and a half percent rally there Tractor Supply. Yeah, Jim Leventhal Tractor Supply. Farm Equipment supplies earned $1.55 per share well above the 97 cents that they were expected to report. They're up 7% in the pre market. Take a look at Gamestop because Roaring Kitty also known as Keith Gill, that's his real name, exorcised 50,000 shares of that company at the 12 strike, which of course he would do, although he could have just cashed out but he would have had to sell those options Friday and we would have seen it. stock is up 9% in the pre because he's hanging in there. Harley Davidson also hanging in there. guidance and earnings better than expected a 9% rally there. Herman Miller falling 12% in the pre market apparently we're not buying enough of their weird chairs and Coinbase COIN down 2% in the pre they announced that Bryan Armstrong sold $292 million worth of shares. Bank of America strong start, though that stock moving up by about 1% in the pre Coinbase 7% rally opened yesterday for trading on the direct listing at $381 rallied to $429 Cathy Woods by 250 mil. Yeah, that stocks down about 3% of the pre because of that news I told you about already just to reiterate, six out of 7 million people in the US 9 million worldwide six people have had women have had issues with blood clots. That is an extremely small number but out of an abundance of caution. The US has stopped using that vaccine by JNJ It's good for Moderna, however, which shows her up 7% FedEx Key Bank takes them to overweight JetBlue and Save SAVE which is Spirit Airlines. Susquehanna likes them both gives them both a nod booking also taken to buy from a hold. You might recall yesterday I was talking about Sabre SABR that runs a lot of stuff in the background.
Norton Lifelock NLOK. Bank America takes them down to underperform saying hey, maybe the best times are behind them. A lot of that is COVID related, right? Well, we'll see. 60 Seconds need to know before you go Jon Najarian here, Nuance. This is that former voice recognition you remember Dragon? Well, yeah, before Siri and Alexa, there was Dragon. And they're not just about voice recognition anymore. This is a big push into healthcare for Microsoft and Microsoft making a $16 billion acquisition here while Nuance shares up 24% in the Pre. And yeah, I'll have more on this later today. Uber record gross bookings for March as shares are up a little over 2% in the pre Alibaba, you probably heard that they're paying that big fine. That was big but not as big as some thought and shows that Jack Ma is still willing to play ball with the pboc. And also, of course, the Chinese Communist Party, because Ant Financial is going to be a financial company, not a fin tech company. Match Group. This one got upgraded to a buy over at BTIG I'm seeing a rise of almost 2% so far. Tesla, Canaccord Genuity said that this could be an $800 billion dollar revenue generator that is their power generation and storage business. That's going to be part of Tesla apparently.

Alright, I'm gonna get back to the workout. cup of coffee toast have a break.

Apr 8, 2021

That's right baby. Look at that wonderful Sunrise over the ocean this morning. WW International. This is not so wonderful because it's usually in the news for helping people lose weight today it's in the news because they're losing weight. Morgan Stanley gives them a downgrade takes them to I believe underweight, which is, you know, lots of jokes around that. Take a look at Gamestop because GME Ryan Cohen is going to be the new chairman. That's good news for the company. Take a look at Costco online sales up 57%. Wow, what a blowout. ASO, this one's there's a block of nearly 10 million shares being shopped and for that reason shares are down about 5% in the pre I am Jon Najarian, down here in Puerto Rico enjoying Dorado beach and doing some work crypto lectures and so forth. Mudrick Capital acquisition. So this is a special purpose acquisition company taking Tops the baseball card company within it. And for that reason, Murdoch shares soaring 18% Wow, these numbers are extraordinary folks. Credit Suisse, of course, took that $4.7 billion hit because of Arcos Capital Management and their lack of risk management. I will be on with the boys. That is the Daily Crypto by 10am. Eastern time. Oh for beyond the Halftime Report, and I will be on three at three. So tune in to all of them. Okay. Make sure you do see you there.

Najarian here. Take a look at Tesla. Why? Well, it's moving up by almost 8% in the pre How come they delivered 185,000 vehicles more than people expected. Good news for Tesla. Roblox also seen some pretty good news. This one higher by some three and a half percent. I've also got GameStop they're going to be issuing Geez, how many is it three and a half million shares diluting the stock and that's not going to be good for the diamond hands, because it's down about 15% in the pre RCL
which is Royal Caribbean CCL Carnival Cruise Lines, and Norwegian NCLH all of them up about 2% on change guidance from the CDC about cruises and when they can happen again. And PXD something in the shale patch. They're doing a $6.4 billion deal. I am Jon Najarian hope wherever you are, it's fantastic. Apr 1, 2021

60 Seconds you need to know before you go, Yeah, got that slick Market Rebels hat. Take a look at Micron. Why? Because Micron beat on top and bottom line and give upbeat guidance. For that reason. It's a four and a half percent bang. Take a look at Carmax down three and a half percent. Why? Well, more or less in line on sales and profit, but they're spending a lot of money to buy the rest of Edmonds that they didn't already own. And that's the reason here, Johnson and Johnson dropping about 1% you've probably heard the news about that factory in Baltimore. That's the reason they've had a number of citations in the past apparently.
Fubo If you do that, live sports streaming. Chicago CUBS baby will be on there not for National Games, but for all the other games they'll be on. It seeing a 5% rally do up 6% Why? Because year over year, they delivered over 373% increase in cars over it Neo and Taiwan semi spending $100 billion
to basically redo their factories and so forth huge and shares up 2% in the free. I am Jon Najarian. Check out the halftime report later today and three at three. See you then folks have a great weekend.
